Sure, it’s kickboxing, but it’s so much more! You’ll kick, punch and groove your way to a brand new body in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! This is a 45 minute class.
- Participants may want to bring a large towel to lay on (floor is matted but individual mats are not provided).
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. This is a 45 minute class.
